Job Description : 

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements of clients. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and administrators, to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on architecting scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that address the business needs and objectives.
Develop technical solution designs, including data models, system integrations, and application architectures.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Define best practices and standards for Salesforce development and implementation.
Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Identify and recommend Salesforce features, products, and technologies to meet business requirements.
Conduct solution reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
Perform impact analysis and provide recommendations for system enhancements or changes.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and integration methodologies.
Expertise in designing and implementing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation using Salesforce declarative tools.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with data migration and integration using Salesforce Data Loader, Salesforce Integration Cloud, or other integration tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect, are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or other Salesforce products.
Knowledge of Salesforce Shield, Platform Encryption, or other security features.
Familiarity with Salesforce Communities and Community Cloud implementation.
Understanding of Salesforce DX and source-driven development practices.
Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
