Do you love challenges?
Be part of a global team of within the Global Field Consulting unit, operating in a matrix organization across all local and regional business units. You will be responsible for the engagement between our newly established Consulting Nearshore Center in Turkey and our organizations using nearshoring (referred to as “tower countries”), specifically either for the DACH or Nordics region. Your main tasks will include:
■ You will be the main point of contact between our Nearshore Centre and your Region, ensuring
■ Proactive management of “tower countries” satisfaction
■ Management of requirements
■ Management of escalations
■ Relationship building – you will function as the interface between the countries and the nearshore center
■ Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration
■ Recognize portfolio and service demands and needs of country towers and alignment with Global Offerings Team
■ Regular engagement with local sales teams to ensure right positioning of shoring services
■ Establish and prepare business drivers, ROI, key performance metrics & cost benefit analysis with the tower countries

■ Experienced in project management & IT Service Mgmt. methodologies and best practices
■ Comprehensive SAP overview knowledge
■ Ability to work independently
■ Highly skilled in process improvement techniques and reporting
■ Experienced in international collaboration and shoring structures
■ Solution-oriented, resultoriented and strategic thinking
■ Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships, encourage collaboration and build trust – on management level
■ Ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders and to motivate people
■ Fluent in English orally and in writing, German is a requirement for DACH Engagement Role
