With our consulting trainee program, we make it easy for you to start your career in our consulting division. In 12 months, you will go through different phases that prepare you specifically for working with our customers. You will gain an insight into the functions of the SAP system, learn how we work and deepen your knowledge with the help of SAP and soft skills training and expert sessions. In addition, we will help you build your personal network so that you can start working on innovative projects as part of a team and accompany our customers as a long-term partner in the age of S4/HANA on their path to digital transformation!

Do you love challenges?

■ With the help of our training program, you will work your way into processes, project methodology and SAP functionalities.

■ Your task is to carry out exciting SAP implementation and support projects at our customers' sites.

■ You will analyze our customers' business processes and develop optimization approaches in the areas of (warehouse/transport) logistics, analytics, human resources or accounting.

■ Your support is needed - in customizing and implementing customer-specific SAP S/4HANA solutions in one of the modules SD, MM, PP, EWM, GTS, PLM/MDM, ILM, BI/BW, FI/CO or HCM.

Convince us with your potential!

■ A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, mathematics or natural sciences or a similar course of study forms the basis of your qualification.

■ You have very good knowledge of business processes.

■ You work independently and in a structured manner.

■ Strong communication skills, a professional appearance and good presentation techniques are among your strengths.

■ You bring excellent German and good English skills.

■ It goes without saying that you are willing to travel for customer assignments.
