Do you love challenges?

Be part of a global team of experts within the Global Field Consulting unit, operating in a matrix organization across all local and regional business units. You will be part of the Consulting Operations & Development team. Your main tasks will include:

■ Organisational development & joint work with a number of regional and local counterparts to develop their respective consulting practices 

■ Regular reviews of local / regional

     ■ Consulting practice structures, practice setups

     ■ Consulting profitability (e.g. utilization)

     ■ Delivery focus / portfolio and development of action plans and follow ups of the above

■ Design and operational support of programs for consulting practice development

■ Knowledge sharing of best practices

■ Implementation of GFC driven initiatives in the respective local organizations

■ Close collaboration with the Quality and Risk Management and Global Delivery team within GFC

Convince us with your potential

■ Multiple Years of experience in Consulting Management / Business Development

■ Broad understanding of Consulting in an SAP delivery context

■ You don’t fear numbers and going into details of reports

■ Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance

■ Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills

■ Ability to communicate with all levels of management and employees

■ Ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders and to motivate people

■ Fluent in English orally and in writing, German and other languages are a benefit
