Do you love challenges?

The Flexera Subject Matter Expert is managing the day-to-day Flexera FNMS (primary) and ServiceNow (secondary) administration, configuration and development activities of the Corporate IT department (Global IT) and drives visibility, compliance and optimization. You are part of a growing team based in Malaysia and Germany with focus on Flexera, ServiceNow as well as IT Asset and Service Management.

■ Ensures technical governance, standardization and adds new services to the ServiceNow Service Catalog

■ Works with the Software and Hardware Asset Management team to gather requirements and evaluate opportunities for automation and improvements

■ Delivers new functionality across applications in an agile way and extend the existing Flexera FNMS environment

■ Drives activities to improve inventory data accuracy and quality

■ Troubleshoots the end-to-end inventory process and support different IT teams to the degree needed

■ Assists the team delivering services, resolving incidents and escalates 3rd level issues to the vendor.

■ Extensive knowledge and hands on experience on Windows, Linux and IBM AIX environment (3-4 years server OS Management background preferred)

■ Comfortable working within Database SQL Management Studio and IIS

■ Ability to successfully work in international and multi-cultural teams and environment

■ Bachelor’s degree in information technologies or business administrations preferred

■ 1 year of Flexera FNMS administration, configuration and integration experience for discovery, inventory and application normalization is preferred

■ Relevant Flexera certification is an added advantage

■ Basic knowledge about software license management and optimization as well as Service Management

■ Proactive, resilient and careful

■ Strong communication skills (English language)
