Do you love challenges?

The Management Assistant is required to support the Cloud Infrastructure System (CIS) in day-to-day operations which includes conceptual and strategic tasks. This would require interactions with various internal groups who need to work together to ensure success.

■ Working closely with the Head of Cloud Infrastructure System (CIS) to coordinate and supervise daily operations

■ To support the CIS team on procurement activities (preparing Invoice, DO, quotation and etc)

■ Follow up shipments, shipping schedule, shipping document etc.

■ Organize filling all relevant papers documents, reports, and certificates from time to time.

■ Coordination, monthly management statistics reports preparation.

■ Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

■ Coordinate, scheduling meetings, meeting arrangements in Head of CIS meeting calendar according to global time zone.

■ Responsible in emails circulations, internal memos correspondence, letters/forms writing.

■ To carry out and fulfil any duties that assigned by the Head of CIS.

■ Prepare & coordinate any valuable slides for any management presentation assigned by the Head of CIS

■ Reliable in any circumstances to support the Head of CIS on daily operations.

■ University degree in economics or commercial education.

■ Min 5+ years of experience in an IT environment focusing on Personal Assistance & Procurement.

■ Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Project, and financial exposure.

■ Strong command of English, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills and experience in international collaboration are mandatory.

■ Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented mindset.

■ Expose to IT Purchasing process and documentation.

■ Expose as personal assistance to higher management in terms of scheduling and arrangement.

■ Experience in preparing valuable presentation slides for relevant audiences.

■ Experience in providing assistance on CAPEX and OPEX investment elements.

■ Expose to audit and file management process.

■ Has good organization skills, self-initiative, and commitment with a high degree of flexibility and resiliency.

■ Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
