The Patch- & Release Management Specialist (PRMS) is accountable for all patch management services in the Shared Service Center in NTT DATA Business Solutions. 

The PMRS is the primary contact person for local DC teams for all Release Management and Patch Management topics. 

The PMRS has access to a comprehensive training library (eg. provided by Cybrary) and is expected to use to increase knowledge and develop skillsets.

■ Administer the global Release Management System for all NDBS sites including configuration, consolidating, monitoring performance and logs collection

■ Administer the global Patch Management System for all NDBS sites including configuration, consolidating, monitoring performance and logs collection

■ Responsible to completed reporting templates for both system

■ Responsible for providing trend analysis to the Management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management

■ Ensure that documentation is maintained and kept up to date in line with NDBS standards and policies

■ Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions

■ To carry out any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed

■ Always ensure that company Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to

■ University degree in Information Technology

■ Min 1 years of experience IT systems – Microsoft & Network administration

■ Proven experience in IT Support

■ Proven experience in Release Management / End-of-Life Management

■ Proven experience in Patch Management

■ Willing to work in a shift rotation. (Mandatory)

■ Relevant industry experience

■ Fluent in English, experience in international collaboration

■ Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor

■ Able to travel when/if required
