As a Service Delivery Manager, you are the bridge between the customer and the service provider. You play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by building positive relationships, meeting service delivery expectations, and providing effective leadership. By continuously seeking improvement opportunities, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and promoting customer success for contract renewals, you help drive business growth and success for both the customer and the service provider.

 

■ You have operational responsibility for customers in the Managed Cloud or AMS environment.

 

■ Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is a priority for you, including de-escalation management.

 

■ You are in continuous exchange with our customers, building customer relationships and being a link between the delivery units and the customer.

 

■ Your responsibilities include compliance with agreed contract contents and SLAs of your customers.

 

■ Together with Sales, you are responsible for the strategic and innovative further development of your customers.

 

■ You are responsible for risk management and the profitability of your assigned customers.
