Do you love challenges?

■ Primary focus would be to process POs and invoices via NTT’s internal software –it.capture. (Training will be provided)

■ Train the system to be able to automate the data capturing and entry.

■ Monitor the tool status and to ensure it is working well.

■ Support incident / service request coming from it.capture customers.

■ Forwarding / escalating customer’s requests to the responsible team(s).

■ Regularly provide the customer with a regular status update (for example, troubleshooting or process handling).

■ Normal and Noon shift working rotation to support customers globally.

■ Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent

■ Minimum of 1 year working experience in IT, Information Technology

■ Possess good comunication skills (written and verbal)

■ Able to adapt to a process-oriented mindset in a Global environment

■ Willing to learn and be dynamic to new challenges, in line with organization’sexpansion plans

■ Extrovert personality is highly preferred (social, outgoing, etc.)

Required language(s): English.

■ Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya

■ Willing to support 24/7 shift
