Accounts Assistant – 6 Month Temporary Position

POSITION DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

This is a 6 month Temporary role until 30th April 2024 and will be PAYE

Responsibilities and Expectations

AR

Take day to day responsibility for AR e-mail account, ensuring remittances are filed and replies to customers are made in a timely manner. Daily

Update and Maintain the Aged Debtors Day Sheet report. Daily

Post collections and clear customers accounts according to Remittances received or allocate appropriately. Daily

Run the system Dunning program and distribute to customers. Monthly

Provide Account Managers with Monthly Summary and detailed over 60 days debt. Monthly

AP

Post matched invoices & Credit notes in Concur to A/P ledger. Daily

Save SAP invoices into SAP Invoices folder. Daily

Review and approve SAP invoices and post to ledger. Daily

Support processing of Consultancy invoices on trade creditors/Inter-company as required.

PERSONAL PROFILE - SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Essential

• Computer literate
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Excel skills
• Book-keeping knowledge
• Able to travel to London office as required

 Desirable

• Experience of accounting studies
• Experience of using accounting software

GENERAL

• This is a project consulting role and will require travel to client sites
