The successful candidate will join a growing Customer Experience delivery team delivering high quality, fast paced, agile CX solutions across Sales, Service Marketing and Commerce.  As part of the practice CX solutions will be delivered as a fully integrated offering delivering innovative solutions by combining the capabilities of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, CX Cloud solutions, SAP BTP and additional 3rd party solutions that support delivery of a modern customer engagement solution.  This role focuses on further strengthening the CX team by bringing expertise and a proven track record of implementing SAP Sales and Service Cloud in in a complex multi solution SAP environment.

Client Consulting

1. Delivers consulting solutions in the SAP Sales and Service Cloud area against contractual and project requirements.

2. Advises and defines Cloud solutions by helping to solve business and technical challenges.

3. Provides specialist subject matter expertise in line with the solution.

4. Takes total ownership of delivering solutions and value to the customer

5. Delivers utilisation in line with targets.

6. Delivers against a resource plan which drives personal and company utilisation.

7. Identifies further opportunities for revenue


Consulting Team Player

8. Acts as a specialist within the consulting group by attaining and sharing best practice, knowledge and skills.

9. Is a mentor to less experienced team members to support their professional development and personal performance.

10. Maintains an up-to-date knowledge and zest for the latest trends and utilises this understanding to bring innovation to our ways of working.  

Key performance indicators (managed through performance and development plans)

1. Achievement of revenue and utilisation targets

2. Up to date PDP demonstrating regular monitoring of progress and achievement

3. Achievement of individual objectives

  • Proven record within SAP Customer Experience domain with a focus on SAP C4C (Sales and Service Cloud)
  • Min 6  years’ experience in SAP CRM/C4C
  • Experience with a least 4 end-to-end projects on SAP C4C
  • Can work with virtual delivery teams spread between US, Europe and India
  • Preferably having a consultancy or end-user background, originally from a SAP CRM/SD background
  • Ideally experience with any of SAP Emarsys, SAP CPQ, SAP CDP/CDC, SAP FSM or SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Detailed understanding of C4C Master Data and transactional process for Sales and Service scenario. Should be able to lead requirement gathering workshops
  • Can solution design, configure and demo C4C scenarios. This should include both standard capability as well as all types of extensions
  • Good understanding of C4C to ECC/S4HANA integration scenarios from a design, implementation and troubleshoot perspective
  • Adept in using data migration tools such as the Data Migration Workbench, ALE, LSMW
  • Certifications in at least one of SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Service Cloud
  • Experience with leveraging OData and SOAP web services integrations
  • Experience in Presales activities like responding to RFPs/RFIs, building and presenting demos
  • Mandatory - excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting and proficient in the MS Office suite
