The Recruitment & Onboarding Consultant role sits within the Consulting Practice with responsibility for the design and implementation of SAP product based solutions that meet the needs of our customers.  You will work alongside the project management and delivery teams ensuring that solutions align and integrate within contracted technical specifications and NTT DATA Business Solutions/client IT strategy to deliver the intended and expected results.

Reporting to your Team Lead, the successful candidate will support the development of the practice, be responsible for the delivery of SuccessFactors projects and be the champion and "go-to" person for any SuccessFactors opportunity.   You will support the SuccessFactors team to embrace an expanding HCM practice alongside SAP's growing portfolio of products in the SAP SuccessFactors arena that mirror the go-to-market messages of SAP




 ·       Engage closely with customer and NTT DATA Business Solutions sales and business development teams to assist in the translation of business requirements into a solution that takes advantage of the most appropriate SAP products and propose a solution architecture to deliver the customer requirements.  This will include collaboratively compiling statements of works to support any stage of the sales and deal review processes.  Leads and co-ordinates integrated workshops with detail and complexity at Director level.

·       Identify technologies to employ and architect solution strategies that successfully deliver required customer and prospect outcomes whilst advising, delivering and working closely with NTT DATA Business Solutions project management and technical delivery teams to ensure conversion to a successful and profitable project.

·       Be acknowledged as the subject matter expert with regard to SuccessFactors including; scoping, solution design, configuration, installation, integration and support

·       Manage the delivery of multiple projects

·       Support the growth and capability of NTT DATA Business Solutions SuccessFactors/HCM practice and the team.

·       Adhering to the agreed NTT DATA Business Solutions strategy, engage in self-directed and other learning to keep pace with new technologies and developments to ensure NTT DATA Business Solutions remains at the forefront of the market within which we operate.  Share, use and communicate expert knowledge in order to develop others and make business processes more effective.

·       Recognise potential for repeat and extended business with respect to end-to-end service offer by NTT DATA Business Solutions and provide comprehensive input.  Support NTT DATA Business Solutions to grow our business by being alert to the customer opportunities that present themselves, including development of NTT DATA Business Solutions IP opportunities, develop and escalate as appropriate.






·       Proven and demonstrable technical expertise and experience in Successfactors Recruiting Management, Onboarding and Recruiting Marketing.

·       Is able to communicate, influence, convince and inspire effectively by own personality and act as a trusted role model and advisor within the solution architecture field of expertises

·       Proven and demonstrable track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing solutions for the resolution of complex architecture projects

·       Strong interpersonal and soft skills, able to quickly develop relationships with all stakeholders; within NTT DATA Business Solutions locally and globally, external customers, suppliers and partners to become a trusted advisor in your of field of expertise

·       Demonstrates gravitas and personal integrity, is able to overcome unforeseen situations and keeps business objectives in mind.  Drives results, effects, convinces and inspires by his/her personality, behaviour and communication style.  Is a role model and ambassador

·       Makes solid and reliable decisions in complex environments.

·       Has a thirst for learning and staying on top of the evolving technology landscape.  Actively shares and transfers own expertise and operational knowledge in a structured method, thus making it useful and functional




·       The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate a career with professional experience working within an SAP consulting environment.  Experience working with a value added re-seller or software house would be advantageous

·       Proven and demonstrable experience in solution design and architecture with successful delivery and experience of all elements of at least 3 full project lifecycles

·      Experience working with a value added re-seller or software house would be advantageous
