POSITION DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

Our Change Assurance Practice has been growing consistently over the last 4 years and the services delivered by this team remain a key strand of the .  NTT Data Business Solutions growth strategy.  There is a  significant market opportunity to help existing  & new customers achieve their digital transformation goals with the addition of change management and project based training services 

As such we now seek to appoint a SAP Change Management and Training Team Lead to support the  growth of this important line of business and contribute to the evolution of the practice itself. the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the change journey for all impacted stakeholders within the assigned Client environments. At the same time there is an opportunity to bring ideas and innovation to the table, contributing to evolving and shaping our ways of working.  

On the job training is provided on the NTT Data Business Solutions project toolset.  

 

                       

Responsibilities and Expectations Include:

 

  1. Be an integral part of the Project Management Team, working very closely with the Client Organization to ensure successful delivery of the project and transforming trust into value.
  2. Deliver within prescribed timelines high quality Project Business Change, Training and Benefits Deliverables in line with the programme plans, leading a team where required to ensure successful delivery
  3. Be a leader within the NTT Data Business Solutions Change and Training practice, inputting to both practice development initiatives both within the UK and globally.
  4. Play a lead role in NTTData Business Solutions business development activities owning and providing responses to RFI’s, RFP’s and playing an active role in client pre sales engagements where required
  5. Create and maintain a detailed impact assessment  to quantify the  scale and nature of change that the SAP                                 implementation will bring across all audiences within  the Client Organization
  6. Create, maintain and execute a change action plan that details all of the mitigating actions required to address each of the           change impacts identified in the detailed impact assessment – these may be communication, change, training, policy and            procedure, IT or HR interventions
  7. Develop and deliver a  Project  communications plan in line with the project change strategy
  8. Develop and deliver the Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Plan for the client organization, ensuring successful                     engagement of all identified stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle
  9. Monitor business readiness across  the client organization through the execution of Business Readiness Assessments on a periodic basis, and develop and execute action plans to address any areas of concern/risk, managing the implementation of       supporting software tool where required
  10. Lead workstream activities to deliver updated business process maps within the project scope and also support the                     business process leads to  develop standard business operating procedure documentation
  11. Define, communicate and lead delivery of the approach we will use across project for SAP Training
  •             Training needs analysis
  •             Training tool selection and configuration
  •             Training Material development
  •             Identification and set up of Course facilities
  •             Course timetable, scheduling & invites
  •             Train the trainer training and if required end user Training delivery
  •             Course feedback     

​​​​​​​      12. Manage successful implementation and handover to BAU of any supporting Change and Training technology solutions for                                  clients e.g. Enable Now or Qualtrics

       13. Lead transformation readiness analysis with clients, providing core advisory services on their capability, capacity and                                         readiness for transformation

       14  Be a leader within the NTT Data Business Solutions Change and Training practice, inputting to both practice development                                 initiatives both within the UK and globally. Sharing knowledge, skills and experience for the greater advancement of the                                     team, inputting to our methodology, leading training and supporting the development of new technologies where required.                                   Support the NTT Data Business Solutions goal for ensuring that all of our people have the opportunity to reach their                                            professional potential.

       15 Play a lead role in NTT Data Business Solutions business development activities owning and providing responses to RFI’s,                                RFP’s and playing an active role in client pre sales engagements where required

 

SCOPE/DIMENSION OF THIS ROLE:

  • Full-time role 
  • Geographic responsibility for all locations within Programme scope
  • Travel including overnight stay to all locations within project scope
  • Flexibility required for working times and hours at key points in the implementation

 

PERSONAL PROFILE - SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE

•           Experience of leading and managing organisational change.

•           Well networked within the business and possessing gravitas and credibility amongst peers and senior managers.

•           Proven ability to motivate a team and to influence and manage a variety of stakeholders without direct Line Management                   supervision in a period of large scale change.

•           Strong and engaging inter-personal and communications skill-sets.

•           Ability to coach, help others to help themselves and support the NTT Data Business Solutions goal of ensuring that all of                  our people have the opportunity to reach their professional potential.

•           Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within Customer & Prospects.

•           Ability to quickly see through business processes, interdependencies and cross country and functional perspectives.

•           Effective listening skills and manage with empathy, a positive outlook and embraces change

•           Proactive, confident and tenacious and will follow actions through to a successful conclusion

•           Possess a high personal drive, work ethic and ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with a high level of              self-sufficiency.

•           Demonstrates good judgement and initiative.

•           Excellent English language skills both written and verbal.
