Job Description: 

Sr.Consultant-ITSM & App engine/Custom Application

Requirements:

  • 5 years of ServiceNow development experience; at least 2+ App Engine experience.
  • Proficiency in design, development, and maintenance of custom ServiceNow applications using App Engine.
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code app development patterns, workflow design, data models, and UI building within App Engine.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM process modules and automation best practices.
  • Proven expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with governance, platform security, and scalable solution design.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow ITSM/custom apps with Jira, Azure DevOps, or core business systems.
  • ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
