The Global Innovation & Industry Consulting (GIIC) Business Function operates in a matrix organization across all local and regional business units. This is a position in the Global Portfolio & Solution Management team within GIIC, who focus on enabling profitable growth of Industry and LoB Business in countries.

As Global Portfolio Specialist (f/m/d), your main tasks will include:

■ Portfolio management for two focus areas as well as one additional industry or line of business portfolio

■ Support the topic owner by developing and implementing a global portfolio & go to market strategy and align with overall company strategy as well as collaborate with local units to adapt portfolio

■ Collect market & sales information and analyze the portfolio regarding white spots and optimization potentials

■ Support the qualification processes of consulting services

■ Support local organizations with pipeline, enablement and presales activities to contribute to our portfolio success

Your several years of work experience in Global Portfolio Management proves:

■ You use your strong communication skills for cross team collaboration to ensure an overall view on your portfolio area

■ You have the ability to work in an international environment including remote collaboration

■ You have strong presentation skills and presence in customer conversations

We would welcome the following:

■ You have a degree in business administration, economics, or a degree with similar focus

■ Ideally, you have already gained experience in the area of ​​portfolio management for business software or as a presales/solution architect and have built up know-how for IT solutions, preferably SAP

■ Your profile is rounded off by excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English; other languages are a plus (e.g. German)
