Job Description:

"AI Solution Architecture & Design
▪    Design end-to-end AI and automation solutions encompassing architecture, integrations, security, and scalability
▪    Define technical patterns for copilots, RAG pipelines, APIs, and AI workflows
▪    Review and approve solution designs produced by junior consultants
Hands-On AI Engineering
▪    Lead development efforts using Python, APIs, and AI services
▪    Build and optimize AI copilots, agents, and automation workflows
▪    Guide prompt engineering strategies, evaluation frameworks, and accuracy improvements
Microsoft & Copilot Ecosystem Leadership
▪    Architect solutions leveraging Azure and Azure OpenAI services
▪    Design and extend solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
▪    Ensure best practices for integration, security, and long-term maintainability
Governance, Quality & Compliance
▪    Own technical input into AI governance, risk assessment, and compliance reviews
▪    Ensure alignment with enterprise AI, data privacy, and security standards
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
▪    Act as technical lead for AI initiatives across the team
▪    Mentor L1/L2 consultants through structured design and code reviews
Stakeholder Communication (Critical)
▪    Lead technical discussions with senior India, US and global stakeholders
▪    Translate complex technical topics into clear, executive-ready language

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
▪    8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or automation roles
▪    Strong hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and backend services
▪    Demonstrated experience in solution architecture for enterprise-scale systems
▪    Deep understanding of GenAI concepts including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic architectures
▪    Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (required)
▪    Highly curious mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving
▪    Ability to lead technically without formal people management authority"
