
Revenue Stream Owner of HXM Implementation
Are you motivated by shaping how HXM implementation projects are delivered, combining delivery expertise, commercial ownership and collaborative stakeholder engagement across the Nordics?
As Revenue Stream Owner of Implementation, you will play a central role in strengthening how HXM Nordics delivers implementation projects across the region. You will own and develop the Implementation revenue stream with a clear commercial mandate, including P&L responsibility, project performance, delivery quality and future growth. Working at the intersection of business ownership, advisory and project execution, you will turn client needs, market insight and financial indicators into clear direction and concrete improvement.
Your role
In this Nordic Line of Business role, you will combine commercial ownership, advisory strength, project management capability and hands-on consulting experience. You will collaborate closely with HXM Management, Sales, Delivery Managers, People Managers, PMO, Finance, SAP and relevant process owners to ensure that our implementation approach is scalable, commercially relevant and aligned with client needs.
- Own and develop the full Implementation revenue stream, including P&L responsibility, standards, governance, roadmap, ways of working and delivery model improvements.
- Translate project insights, financial indicators, client feedback and market needs into concrete actions, future opportunities and stronger delivery practices.
- Drive alignment across HXM Management, Sales, Delivery Managers, People Managers, PMO, Finance, SAP and relevant process owners.
- Lead and support pre-sales, proposal shaping, customer advisory and selected client-facing projects with strong commercial input and project management discipline.
- Stay close to selected clients and market activities to ensure our implementation approach remains competitive, practical and opportunity driven.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the link between commercial ambition and delivery reality, ensuring our implementation approach is attractive to customers, financially sound and feasible in practice.
- Take responsibility for P&L performance, utilization priorities and commercial follow-up across the Implementation revenue stream.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, customer feedback, SAP updates, competitor insight and internal knowledge sharing.
- Equip consultants and sales colleagues with the knowledge, material and messaging needed to sell, deliver and scale implementation projects consistently.
- Represent the Implementation revenue stream in relevant Nordic forums and provide clear updates on priorities, risks, progress and commercial opportunities.
- Take a hands-on role in moving initiatives forward, balancing strategic ownership with practical execution.

You will join HXM Nordics, a Nordic Line of Business with around 60 experts across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. Together, we deliver SAP SuccessFactors implementation, HR and technology transformation, business advisory, Own IPs and solution support for clients across the region.

- A clearer, stronger and more scalable implementation model across HXM Nordics.
- Improved portfolio insight, stronger commercial alignment and better visibility of pipeline, project performance and opportunities.
- Consistent collaboration between Sales, Delivery, SAP and HXM Management around customer value, implementation quality and business priorities.
- Reusable frameworks, methods and commercial material that make it easier to sell, deliver and scale HXM implementation projects.
Your profile
- You bring several years of relevant experience from HXM implementation, HR technology consulting, advisory, project management or a similar delivery-oriented role. SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite; stronger emphasis is placed on commercial ownership, advisory capability and the ability to lead complex implementation work.
- You understand how complex HXM implementation projects are shaped, governed, sold, delivered and continuously improved, and you can balance customer value, delivery quality and commercial outcome.
- You are comfortable working with stakeholders across levels, including senior stakeholders, consultants, architects, integration specialists and delivery teams, and can turn complex input into clear priorities through clear communication, active listening and structured collaboration.
- You are commercially minded, advisory-oriented and action-driven, with the ability to set direction, create momentum and build alignment across teams in a supportive and inclusive working environment.
- You enjoy being a playing coach: someone who can guide, challenge and develop others while also carrying utilization expectations as a consultant and taking hands-on responsibility for moving client and business-critical work forward.
