Senior SAP PM

We need you to own the delivery of complex, large-scale SAP programs 

 

Role summary

At NTT DATA Business Solutions, we lead some of the most complex SAP transformation programs in Denmark and across the Nordics. We are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager who can take full ownership of mission-critical SAP engagements and operate confidently at executive level. 

You are trusted to run large, high-impact SAP programs independently - from early shaping and governance setup through implementation and stabilization. You bring structure, authority, and predictability to complex delivery landscapes and are comfortable leading senior stakeholders, partners, and distributed teams. 

The role involves regular travel across Denmark and may include assignments in other Nordic countries. 

  

Key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex SAP programs

  • Lead SAP implementations using SAP Activate and strong governance models

  • Take full accountability for scope, budget, timeline, quality, and risk

  • Act as the primary interface toward executive stakeholders and steering committees

  • Lead cross-functional SAP teams and partners across multiple workstreams

  • Contribute to presales, project shaping, and delivery strategy when relevant

 

 Experience & Profile

  •  Extensive experience as a senior SAP Project Manager or Program Lead (L5/L6) 

  • Proven track record of independently leading large-scale SAP transformations 

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Activate 

  • Confidence and authority in senior, customer-facing roles 

  • Solid understanding of SAP delivery models and complex system landscapes 

  • Willingness to travel across Denmark and the Nordics 

  • Experience from non-SAP ERP platforms may be relevant, but strong SAP experience is essential
