Role Overview
We are hiring Business Analysts to work at the intersection of manufacturing, technology, and product development.
This role requires individuals who can understand business problems and translate them into technology-driven solutions. You will act as a key interface between customers and engineering teams, ensuring that complex operational requirements are converted into scalable, well-defined product capabilities.

What You Will Do
•    Structure and analyze business problems across manufacturing operations (planning, scheduling, execution) 
•    Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications 
•    Act as the bridge between customer stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and solution design 
•    Drive requirement clarity and solution feasibility, balancing business needs with technical constraints 
•    Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate and scalable implementation 
•    Participate in solution design discussions involving ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, and integration layers 
•    Support configuration and validation of solution logic, including prioritization, constraints, and workflows 
•    Lead UAT and validation cycles, ensuring outputs align with expected business outcomes 
•    Identify opportunities for productization by recognizing repeatable patterns across customer use cases
