Job Description:

Exp : 3 to 6 years

    Demonstrated ability to understand and accomplish instructions communicated from the management level to colleague level.
    Experience in general administration activities like monitoring and troubleshooting related to work processes issues, system logs, lock entries, ABAP short dumps, Database growth, updates and Batch input sessions.
    Hands on experience on SAP ABAP/JAVA version upgrades and Support packages upgrade via SUM tool.
    Hands on experience on Add-on Installations & Uninstallations.
    Hands on experience on support pack patch updates via SPAM tool.
    Hands on experience on Language installations.
    Hands on experience on Kernel upgrades.
    Knowledge on certificate renewals/deletions.
    Experience on performance troubleshooting.
    Analyzing ABAP short dumps, Aborted batch jobs, Identifying and correcting the errors using system logs.
    Knowledge on Spool administration
    Trace collection and analysis.
    Knowledge on Start and Stop BOBI systems.
    Importing XI content into PI landscape systems.
    Modifying the Profile parameter changes based on requirements.
    Start and Stop SAP Applications.
    Experience on Java administration activities.
    Knowledge on pacemaker cluster
    Knowledge on High availability.
    Providing end user support, 24x7 environments.
    Demonstrated customer service skills/professional attitude.
    Ability to work independently and with a team.
