Assistant Manager Admin
Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering efficient administration, facilities, vendor, compliance, workplace, and employee support services while ensuring operational excellence, safety, cost control, and workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
●    Lead and manage Facility Induction, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
●    Lead and manage ISO Audit Support, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
●    Lead and manage Space Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
●    Lead and manage Housekeeping & Security Operations, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
●    Lead and manage Vendor Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
●    Lead and manage Compliance Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
●    Lead and manage Transport Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
●    Lead and manage Pantry/Canteen Management, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
●    Lead and manage Invoice Tracking, ensure service quality, compliance with organizational standards, timely reporting, stakeholder coordination, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
