Job Description:

Exp : 3 to 6 years Good understanding of SAP HANA architecture, concepts, and administration tasks. Experience with SAP HANA installation, configuration, and maintenance. Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques. Implement and maintain database security measures, including user access controls, data encryption, and auditing. Perform database backups, disaster recovery planning, and data replication to ensure data integrity and availability. Working knowledge on Replication scenario Respond to database-related incidents and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and impact on business operations. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, including performance bottlenecks, system errors, and data corruption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions that align with business needs. Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for SAP HANA database administration. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and SAP HANA updates to continuously improve database operations. Provide technical guidance and support to junior DBAs and other team members as needed. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. SAP HANA certification(s) is a plus.
