Job Description Role Summary - Project Lead SAP HEC Project Lead is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering SAP landscape migrations, upgrades, and transformation programs hosted on the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud platform while ensuring project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Governance • Lead end-to-end SAP HEC implementation, migration, and transformation projects. • Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies. • Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. • Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality parameters. Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary interface between customers, SAP teams, partners, and internal stakeholders. • Conduct steering committee meetings and executive status reviews. • Provide regular project health reports and escalation management. Technical Coordination • Coordinate SAP Basis, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Database, and Application teams. • Oversee SAP system migrations, upgrades, S/4HANA conversions, DR setup, and cloud transformations. • Ensure adherence to SAP standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. Resource Management • Manage global project teams across multiple regions. • Track project, forecasting, utilization Customer Success • Ensure smooth project execution and successful go-live. • Drive customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. • Support transition to operations and hypercare phases.
