Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Murex Front Office Business Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on Murex implementation, upgrade, or support projects with a strong focus on the Front Office. The role involves collaborating closely with traders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to gather requirements, define functional solutions, and support end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
•    Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Front Office stakeholders and trading desks. 
•    Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications. 
•    Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). 
•    Analyze and configure Murex Front Office functionalities, including deal capture, pricing, trading workflows, and simulations. 
•    Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure functional requirements are implemented correctly. 
•    Create functional test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate business solutions. 
•    Coordinate defect triage, prioritize issues, and support resolution during testing phases. 
•    Provide go-live support and assist in post-production stabilization activities. 
•    Collaborate with traders, business users, and senior stakeholders to improve Front Office processes and system capabilities. 
•    Ensure project deliverables meet business expectations and industry best practices. 
Required Skills & Experience
•    5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Murex implementation, upgrade, or support projects, with a strong Front Office focus. 
•    Strong functional knowledge of Murex Front Office modules, including: 
o    Deal Capture 
o    Pricing 
o    Trading Workflows 
o    Simulation 
•    Deep understanding of Capital Markets products, including: 
o    Foreign Exchange (FX) 
o    Interest Rate Derivatives 
o    Fixed Income 
o    Money Markets 
o    Credit Products 
•    Experience facilitating requirement-gathering workshops directly with trading desks. 
•    Strong documentation skills with experience creating: 
o    Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) 
o    Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) 
o    Functional Test Scenarios 
•    Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with traders and senior business stakeholders. 
•    Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, defect triage, and go-live support. 
•    Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
Preferred Skills
•    Experience working on large-scale Murex implementation or transformation programs. 
•    Knowledge of Murex architecture and Front Office workflows. 
•    Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. 
•    Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Capital Markets environment. 
Education
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
