Marketing Cloud Specialist / Developer Skillset
•    Marketing Cloud Requirements
o    Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
o    Certified Marketing Cloud Developer
o    Proficient in SQL as related to audience segmentation
o    Proficient in Journey Builder and Automation studio
o    Proficient in html
o    Proficient in AMPScript for cloud pages and dynamic email content
o    Basic understanding of Javascript
o    Experienced with SMS platform configuration 
•    Salesforce Requirements
o    Certified Salesforce Administrator – necessary for a core understanding of the Salesforce environment, objects, etc. 
o    Proficient in Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
o    Proficient in Tools like Workbench / data loader
•    Experience
o    7+ years of hands-on experience
