About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle TRCS Consultant to support a critical engagement.The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) and be capable of contributing effectively in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Candidates who can join immediately or are serving a short notice period will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
•    Configure, implement, and support Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) solutions for enterprise tax reporting requirements. 
•    Collaborate with Tax and Finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into TRCS solutions. 
•    Support tax provisioning, tax reporting, and compliance processes using Oracle TRCS. 
•    Perform data integration, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting activities within TRCS. 
•    Provide production support and resolve issues within agreed service levels. 
•    Work closely with onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery. 
•    Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and change requests related to Oracle TRCS. 
•    Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best practices for tax reporting processes.

Required Skills & Experience
•    Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS). 
•    Experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications. 
•    Good understanding of tax reporting, tax provisioning, and regulatory compliance processes. 
•    Experience working with large enterprise organizations, preferably within banking or financial services. 
•    Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to urgent project requirements. 
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
•    Experience interacting with business stakeholders and senior management.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience with Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Service). 
•    Experience with Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service). 
•    Exposure to Oracle Financial Reporting and EPM reporting tools. 
•    Prior experience supporting Goldman Sachs or other Tier-1 investment banks. 
•    Knowledge of global tax reporting and compliance frameworks. 
•    Experience working in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

Educational Qualification
•    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
•    Oracle EPM/TRCS certifications will be an added advantage.
