Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Pipeline Creation Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in CI/CD automation, Jenkins pipeline development, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating and managing scalable deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Groovy, Shell scripting, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform/OpenTofu/CloudFormation Templates (CFT). Experience with AWS and Jenkins Shared Libraries will be a significant advantage.
This role focuses on enabling development teams through automation, streamlining software delivery processes, and building reusable CI/CD frameworks that improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. 
•    Create reusable and scalable Jenkins pipelines using Groovy scripting and Jenkins Shared Libraries. 
•    Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes across multiple environments. 
•    Develop and maintain Shell scripts to support deployment automation and operational tasks. 
•    Manage containerized application deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. 
•    Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, OpenTofu, or CloudFormation Templates (CFT). 
•    Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and cloud teams to streamline release processes. 
•    Troubleshoot pipeline failures, deployment issues, and infrastructure-related challenges. 
•    Establish CI/CD best practices, standards, and governance across projects. 
•    Optimize pipeline performance, security, and reliability. 
•    Support cloud-based deployments and infrastructure automation initiatives. 
•    Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
