Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years of SAP implementation experience in Success Factors) Mandatroy-1 Plus years of Experience in support projects SuccessFactors Mandatroy-Yes Good experience & knowledge on SuccessFactors solution - Employee Central and/or Talent modules Mandatroy-Yes Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module Mandatroy-Yes At least two end-to-end implementation experience in SuccessFactors   Good Knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies ( Activate)   Good knowledge on the HR Business Processes Mandatroy-yes Good Communication skills, both oral and written Mandatroy-yes Good Knowledge of SAP HCM On-premise solution (Optional)   Understanding of industry specific business processes (if applicable)   SF Integration knowledge and Working on Integration Center is Mandatory(Minimum one project) Mandatroy-yes Troubleshooting the data replicated issues using data replication monitor Mandatroy-Approach & understanding to trouble shoot is imp EC Payroll knowledge & skills would be a plus   Strong communication skills, strong analytical skills, and should be able to work independently.   Knowledge on excel formulas, Pivot table, V-lookup etc.   Knowledge on Position Management Settings and Time Off  Mandatroy-Yes Knowledge on Canvas/Advance Reporting    Good Knowledge on Business Rule , Workflows and Email Notifications Mandatroy-Yes Designing the Functional Specification Document based on the Business Requirement and Interacting with Integration Team for the build Mandatroy-Yes Issue identification, logging and resolution in the ticketing tool, understanding and ease of use of a ticketing tool, Experience in working in JIRA/S-Now Ticketing tools
