Job Description:

Job Title: Senior Backend Developer – Planning & Dispatching
Experience:7–10 years
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and enhance backend services for Planning & Dispatching
Implement scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation logic
Work on performance‑critical and scalable microservices
Collaborate directly with SAP product teams in a co‑development model
Mandatory Skills
Java (8+) with strong OOP and concurrency experience
Spring / Spring Boot (REST APIs, microservices)
Distributed systems & event‑driven architectures (Kafka preferred)
SQL (SAP HANA preferred)
Cloud‑native development (Docker, Kubernetes)
CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Nice to Have
Experience with planning, scheduling, optimization, or logistics domains
Exposure to performance tuning and JVM optimization
