Job Description:

Job Title: SAP DB LLD Role: You will be responsible for delivering Enhanced Operations Services for selected customers. Acting as a trusted Database Advisor, you will provide expert support during critical incidents, offer configuration recommendations, handle database escalations, and offer database consultations. In addition, you will actively share insights and learnings to help enable and upskill the broader team. Experience: Minimum 4+ years database expertise Good technical understanding in SAP HANA Database Experience in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis. Knowledge in different tracing - SQL trace, performance trace, runtimedump analysis, HANA SQL Plan cache analysis is essential Well organized, willingness to learn and own the topics and share the knowledge with the team. Willingness to take on -call duties as required by business. Understanding of different hyperscalers would be an added advantage. Having Basis knowledge is a plus.
