Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled DevOps & Observability Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, CI/CD automation, and observability engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Python/GoLang, Kafka, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/OpenTofu. Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, and related tools is highly preferred.
This role will be responsible for building scalable cloud-native platforms, enhancing system reliability, automating deployments, and implementing comprehensive monitoring and observability solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
•    Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and platform services. 
•    Build and manage Kubernetes-based container orchestration environments. 
•    Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application delivery and infrastructure deployment. 
•    Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or OpenTofu. 
•    Develop automation scripts and platform tools using Python or GoLang. 
•    Configure and manage Kafka clusters and event-driven architectures. 
•    Deploy, manage, and optimize workloads on AWS cloud platforms. 
•    Design and implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability solutions. 
•    Analyze application and infrastructure performance to proactively identify and resolve issues. 
•    Collaborate with development, SRE, QA, security, and operations teams to improve platform reliability. 
•    Establish alerting, dashboards, SLAs, SLOs, and operational best practices. 
•    Support incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews. 
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, reliability, scalability, and security.
