Job Description • 7+ years of experience in ABAP development especially ABAP OO. • Responsible for design, development, testing and support of components of a project module. • Works on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles. • Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad supervision/guidance. • Be self-motivated, team player, quick learner and willing to go beyond expectation to deliver beautiful and great quality products. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Good Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related technical discipline • Strong programming background in ABAP/ABAP OO • Excellent technical skills in ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) modelling, RAP, OData, Test Driven Development (TDD), Fiori, extensibility and API development • Design and implement new RAP features with ABAP • Knowledge of ABAP unit testing • Exposure to agile development methodologies like Scrum • Experience or functional knowledge in S/4HANA Service/CS/PM is desirable • Exposure to all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and customer facing experience is a plus • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment. Flexibility and adaptability are must haves to be successful in this role
