Job Description About the role - Design and implement automated E2E tests for a cloud-based Field Service Management platform - Work embedded in an agile product team, owning quality across frontend (Angular) and backend (REST APIs) Key responsibilities - Write and maintain UI automation tests (Java, Selenium, TestNG, Allure) - Build and maintain page object models for complex SPA interfaces (iframes, Angular, dynamic locators) - Create test data via Cloud/REST APIs to keep tests fast and reliable - Triage and classify test failures (product bug vs. flaky test vs. env issue) - File structured JIRA defects with root-cause analysis and reproduction steps - Collaborate with developers on testability, locator stability, and CI integration - Monitor test suite health; reduce flakiness and execution time Required skills - Java (OOP, fluent APIs, generics, records) - Selenium WebDriver — explicit waits, frame handling, browser automation - REST API testing — OAuth2, JSON, HTTP clients - Test frameworks: TestNG or JUnit, Allure or similar reporting - JIRA, Git, Maven - Ability to read and trace Angular/SPA frontend code Nice to have - Experience with SAP FSM or similar field service / workforce management domains - TypeScript + Playwright (for modern browser automation stacks) - Vault / secrets management for test credentials - Selenium Grid / remote execution - CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) Profile fit - Thinks in terms of product behavior, not just script execution - Comfortable writing test infrastructure code (not just test cases) - Proactive about coverage gaps and regression risks
