We are looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team in Barcelona.

As a Senior SuccessFactors consultant you will be a part of a strong and expanding team working with projects both nationally and abroad. During the last few years, a growing number of businesses have realized the importance of a strategic HXM system and therefore SuccessFactors can be found in an increasing number of organizations. This means an increasing amount of work for us, we are busy and in need of skilled people to join our HXM team.

Your ability to understand the customers' needs and ensuring solid working relations with the customers' HR and IT departments are necessary to carry through a successful HXM project. Responsibilities vary between business processes optimization, scoping, specification, configuration, implementation, testing and support.

This is an excellent opportunity for those consultants with good SuccessFactors technical background, passionate about being part of HR business processes transformation. Ideally, we believe that you have the following qualifications

• Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules
• Min. 4 years of technology implementation experience including direct hands-on experience in multiple full lifecycles
• Consultant experience with a great interest in the systems
• Solid educational background preferably with an HR experience and the desire to work with HRIT systems.
• A team player with a positive and engaging spirit
• A good listener, independent, take initiative, enthusiastic - and are aware of project and team decisions.
• A good communicator and stakeholder manager and that can explain the value of a solution within IT and HR
• Fluent in speaking and writing English
• Willing to travel
