Do you love challenges?
■ Gather and analyze regional market intelligence to shape product strategies for global managed services and local market execution
■ Act as a regional ambassador for product communication and customer engagement in the DACH or WE/NEE regions
■ Translate regional market needs, competitive signals and customer opportunities into feedback to our product management including enhancement recommendations
■ Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success and Product Management
■ Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio and monitor industry trends
■ Coordinate enablement activities with Product Marketing to ensure sales readiness and consistent messaging
■ Educate regional stakeholders on product vision, differentiators, and roadmap direction
■ Participate in customer discussions and provide expert input

Convince us with your potential!
■ You have successfully completed a degree in (business) information technology, economics or a comparable qualification.
■ You have knowledge of SAP Managed Cloud Services, Application Management Services and S/4HANA Transformation Services.
■ Experience in Sales/Presales background and market expertise characterise your profile.
■ You are fluent in written and spoken German and/or English.
■ Occasional travel, including internationally, is not a challenge for you.
■ You are characterized by customer-oriented thinking and acting, combined with strong communication and presentation skills and a confident manner. A team-oriented approach to work – including in an international environment – rounds off your profile. |
