Do you love challenges?
As part of our Global Innovation & Industry Consulting (GIIC) organization, you will play a key role in connecting product marketing with global go-to-market execution. You will operate in a highly dynamic, global environment and work closely with stakeholders across regions, industries, and lines of business.
In this role, you will drive the positioning of our product portfolio, ensure alignment with global marketing campaigns, and translate our capabilities into compelling, customer-centric value propositions that support business growth.
The GIIC Business Function operates in a matrix organization across all local and regional business units where this role serves as a stabilizing and integrating function, reducing fragmentation and ensuring continuity across initiatives, regions, and teams.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will act as a central interface between product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful market presence.
Your main tasks will include:
■ Lead the development and alignment of go-to-market strategies, ensuring strong positioning of our product portfolio and seamless integration into global marketing campaigns while safeguarding a consistent product identity and narrative across all markets.
■ Translate complex capabilities into clear, differentiated, and customer-centric messaging across industries and lines of business with explicit ownership of product narratives, naming logic, and portfolio taxonomy.
■ Act as a key interface between Global Marketing, product teams, and regional stakeholders, with defined responsibility for planning, coordination, and follow-up within global go-to-market structures, ensuring alignment with global marketing frameworks and priorities.
■ Oversee the development, governance, and optimization of product marketing content, ensuring accessibility and relevance across platforms

■ Proven experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market strategy, or a related field, ideally within the SAP ecosystem or enterprise technology environment including portfolio-level responsibility beyond single-product or campaign-only marketing
■ Strong ability to translate complex solutions into clear, compelling, and customer-centric value propositions
■ Strategic and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to drive and support data-informed decision-making
■ Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English (spoken and written); ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in a global, cross-functional environment
■ Structured and proactive working style, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a highly distributed, multicultural organization
