Mission

As an SAP Project Manager, you will lead complex SAP implementation, transformation, and rollout projects across local and international environments. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams while maintaining the highest standards of quality, budget, and timeline adherence.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation projects
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through go-live and hypercare
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate SAP consultants, developers, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure compliance with project governance, quality management, and reporting standards
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and status reviews
• Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project execution
• Support presales activities, project estimations, and proposal preparation
• Coordinate change management and user adoption activities
• Ensure successful project documentation, testing coordination, and knowledge transfer
• Participate in international SAP programs and global roll-out initiatives

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in SAP projects
• Proven track record of delivering SAP implementation or transformation projects
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects is a strong advantage
• Experience working in international and matrix organizations
• Understanding of SAP business processes across multiple functional areas (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, BW, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources

• Strong project planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, Agile)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset

Language Requirements

• Fluent Hungarian (mandatory)
• Professional English communication skills (mandatory)
• German language knowledge is an advantage
