Job Description:

Junior AI Developer – Technical Job Description (Up to 2 Yrs Exp)
1.    AI & LLM Fundamentals – Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompting, embeddings, vector search, RAG, and AI application development.
2.    Analytical & Reasoning Skills – Excellent ability to analyze complex problems, break them into smaller tasks, identify patterns, reason logically, and derive accurate solutions.
3.    AI Agents & Automation – Ability to develop and integrate AI agents, tool/function calling, workflows, task automation, and human-in-the-loop processes.
4.    Python & Data Science – Strong Python fundamentals with exposure to data processing, Pandas, NumPy, basic ML concepts, data analysis, and visualization.
5.    RAG & Knowledge Processing – Hands-on understanding of document processing, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, semantic search, prompt context, and grounding AI responses.
6.    Data Quality & AI Validation – Ability to perform data validation, consistency checks, anomaly detection, output verification, hallucination identification, and basic AI evaluation.
7.    Engineering & Learning Mindset – Good understanding of APIs, Git, debugging, testing, JSON, databases, cloud fundamentals, with strong curiosity and ability to rapidly learn and experiment with emerging AI technologies.
