Role: Junior Developer (AI-Enabled)

Location-Chennai only

Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer with a strong interest in programming and a foundational understanding of AI concepts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coding, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technology environment. Good awareness and hands on using the AI assisted coding tools.

Key Responsibilities
•    Develop, test, and maintain code in any one or more programming languages such as Python, Node.js, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
•    Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
•    Work on enhancements, bug fixes, and small feature developments across applications.
•    Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
•    Support automation initiatives, including scripting and process improvements.
•    Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in software development.
•    Contribute to AI/ML-based initiatives, including basic model usage, data handling, or API integrations.
•    Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Node.js, C#, Java, or JavaScript).
•    Understanding of core programming concepts (data structures, algorithms, OOP).
•    Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) is a plus.
•    Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., APIs, models, automation use cases).
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Good communication and teamwork abilities.
•    Self-driven with a strong willingness to learn and improve.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or scripting frameworks.
•    Knowledge of REST APIs and web technologies.
•    Experience with version control systems like Git.
•    Any academic or personal projects related to AI, automation, or software development.
