Job Description:

Performance test Engineer (6+ Years Experience) 
We are looking for a skilled Performance test Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our team and support mission-critical enterprise systems. 
 
Location: Chennai 
Experience: 6+ years - Immediate joiners are preferred. 
 
Pre-Requisites before submitting profiles 
•    Must have Genuine and Digitally signed Form16 for ALL employments  
•    All employment history/details must be present in UAN/PPF statements 
•    Candidates must have real work experience on mandatory skills mentioned in 
 
Mandatory Skillset  
•    Design and develop performance test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements.  
•    Execute load, stress, endurance, and spike tests using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter or Akamai Cloud Test.  
•    Monitor system performance using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog).  
•    Use log analysis tools such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Splunk, Trace Log to extract insights from large volumes of log data.  
•    Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks in application, database, or infrastructure layers.  
•    Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.  
•    Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations for optimization.  
•    Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering.  
 
Good to Have 
•    6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.  
•    Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, Akamai Cloud Test, JMeter).  
•    Strong knowledge of HTTP/S, REST APIs, and web technologies.  
•    Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.  
•    Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure)  
•    Good understanding of system architecture and database performance tuning.

•    Good communication skills 
•    Flexible to work in client location  
•    Must be ready to work from office in a Hybrid work environment (Full Remote is not an option) Expect full return to office in 2026 
Notice Period 
•    Notice period should be 4 weeks or less 
•    Immediate joiners are preferred
