Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Managed Services Team Lead to lead Regulatory Operations within the Transaction Reporting domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing team supporting global clients in meeting regulatory reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
This role combines people leadership, client relationship management, operational excellence, and regulatory expertise to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant transaction reporting. The Team Lead will collaborate closely with clients, Compliance, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to resolve reporting issues, improve service delivery, drive automation initiatives, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
•    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regulatory Operations analysts supporting global transaction reporting clients. 
•    Allocate work, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). 
•    Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. 
•    Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions. 
Client & Stakeholder Management
•    Act as the primary point of contact for managed service clients. 
•    Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and timely issue resolution. 
•    Conduct client meetings, training sessions, and operational reviews. 
•    Manage escalations and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines. 
•    Collaborate with internal Product, Technology, Compliance, and Support teams to address client requirements.

Technical and Soft skills 
•    Advanced MS Excel skills preferred
•    Understanding of SQL, API
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Be proactive and able to work independently
•    Must be an excellent written and verbal communicator
•    Ability to collaborate effectively with team
