Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale, enterprise-grade technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, system integration, digital transformation, open-source technology ecosystems, AI-led solutions, and delivery governance.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong consulting, pre-sales, and solutioning capabilities who can translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and robust solution architectures. The candidate should have proven experience driving architecture decisions, supporting complex bids and proposals, and guiding cross-functional teams through successful solution implementation in complex enterprise environments.
Exposure to AI/ML-led solutions, intelligent automation, Generative AI, and open-source-based platforms is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Solution Architecture
•    Define and drive end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
•    Translate business requirements into solution blueprints, target-state architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
•    Lead architecture decisions across application, data, integration, infrastructure, security, AI/ML, and operational domains.
•    Ensure alignment of solution architecture with enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and business objectives.
Solution Design & Technology Leadership
•    Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective enterprise solutions.
•    Architect solutions leveraging open-source technology stacks, cloud-native platforms, modern integration frameworks, and digital ecosystems.
•    Drive adoption of modern architectural patterns including microservices, event-driven architectures, API-led connectivity, and distributed systems.
•    Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to support business transformation initiatives.
AI & Intelligent Automation
•    Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, automation, and analytics capabilities.
•    Design AI-enabled solution architectures to improve business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
•    Provide guidance on AI integration patterns, model consumption approaches, prompt orchestration, governance, and responsible AI practices.
•    Collaborate with data and engineering teams to implement intelligent workflow solutions.
Architecture Governance & Delivery Assurance
•    Establish architecture governance processes, design reviews, and compliance checkpoints.
•    Ensure adherence to security, scalability, performance, resilience, and operational requirements.
•    Review technical designs and implementation approaches throughout the project lifecycle.
•    Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
Stakeholder & Business Engagement
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, delivery teams, architects, data teams, and technology partners.
•    Facilitate architecture workshops, discovery sessions, design reviews, and solution discussions.
•    Act as a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders on technology strategy, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
•    Present architecture recommendations and technology roadmaps to senior leadership and client executives.
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
•    Support pre-sales engagements, solution consulting, and business development initiatives.
•    Participate in RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, bid management, and proposal development activities.
•    Provide effort estimations, solution sizing, scope definition, and technical risk assessments.
•    Support customer presentations, technical demonstrations, architecture reviews, and bid defense discussions.
•    Develop reusable solution assets, accelerators, frameworks, and strategic offerings.
Leadership & Mentorship
•    Mentor technical teams and solution architects on architecture best practices and standards.
•    Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
•    Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and drive architectural excellence.

•    Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture and large-scale program delivery.
•    Deep understanding of application architecture, distributed systems, integration patterns, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
•    Expertise in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and cloud-native solution design.
•    Strong knowledge of enterprise integration and platform modernization initiatives.
Open Source & Enterprise Technologies
•    Extensive experience with open-source technology stacks, frameworks, middleware, databases, and enterprise platforms.
•    Understanding of modern software development frameworks and enterprise architecture methodologies.
•    Experience in designing highly scalable and resilient enterprise applications.
Cloud & DevSecOps
•    Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and hybrid cloud solutions.
•    Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms.
•    Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and platform engineering.
•    Familiarity with observability, monitoring, logging, and operational excellence frameworks.
Data, Analytics & AI
•    Understanding of enterprise data architecture and analytics platforms.
•    Experience with AI/ML solution components and intelligent automation frameworks.
•    Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI concepts, AI governance, and AI integration approaches.
•    Knowledge of data processing technologies and modern data platforms.
Security & Non-Functional Architecture
•    Strong understanding of security architecture and secure design principles.
•    Experience with resilience engineering, performance optimization, scalability planning, and disaster recovery strategies.
•    Knowledge of enterprise compliance and governance frameworks.
Consulting & Business Skills
•    Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
•    Ability to align technology strategies with business objectives.
•    Experience in customer-facing architecture engagements and strategic solutioning.
•    Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
