Position Description:

As the User Experience (UX) Lead Consultant on SAP implementation projects, this resource will collaborate with the NDBS and customer project resources to define the UX solution for the customer and project. This position works closely with the consultants, Business Process Owners and Project Managers (and other stakeholders both external and internal) to effectively design and deliver the UX Solution for the customer (including the creation of SAP Fiori Tiles/Catalogs as well as develop the roles and authorizations) while managing the associated workstream, timeline and deliverables. This resource should have a strong functional background to support and translate the business requirements into the delivered design.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

Consulting:

• Act as leader on assigned SAP implementation projects or other team-based work by being a trusted advisor to the project team (NDBS and customer)
• Ability to effectively manage expectations within the project team (both internal and external) and client
• Support project manager and engagement director in managing customer expectations throughout the UX workstream
• Flexibility to support multiple parallel projects
• Understanding of the importance of follow-up and documentation of results

Project Delivery:

• Complete tasks on-time and within the required phases of the UX workstream timeline
• Lead and facilitate design sessions around the User Interface (UI) & Roles/Authorizations portions of the UX solution
• Create/maintain SAP Fiori Tile Catalogs, Pages, Spaces and Roles
• Support the project team by resolving SAP Fiori and authorization issues
• Analyze and map client business requirements
• Proactively facilitate complex design and technical discussions, reconcile differing opinions and drive decision making.
• Translate technical discussion into business language for senior management, as needed.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
2. Five years of SAP project implementation experience in related module(s) OR Master’s degree and three years of experience.
3. Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP S/4 project implementations with Fiori as the User Interface.
4. Must meet or exceed NTT Data Business Solutions Inc. general consulting competencies of Personal Skills, Results Orientation/Quality Management, Customer Management, Leadership, and Corporate Development.
5. Knowledge of SAP Fiori configuration – including system setup and creation of security elements.
6. Background in roles and authorizations.
7. Appropriate attire required at all internal and client site locations.
8. Residence anywhere in the U.S.

The annual base compensation range for this role will be $111,312 - $179,000.   The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate’s skill set, certifications, and experience.
