ServiceNow Presales Consultant

Role / Position Title: Consultant - Presales    Required Experience: 3 - 6 Years
Department / Practice: ServiceNow Center of Excellence    Location: Flexible / Remote / Onsite

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic ServiceNow Presales Consultant to partner with sales executives and technical leadership in driving ServiceNow solution proposals, client demonstrations, and technical discovery. The ideal candidate blends technical ServiceNow expertise with strong business acumen to deliver compelling value propositions and solutions to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
•    Deliver high-impact technical presales presentations and tailored ServiceNow product demonstrations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps) to prospect stakeholders.
•    Lead technical discovery sessions to understand prospect business challenges, technical environments, and operational goals.
•    Assist in authoring high-quality technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, detailing technical architecture, implementation scope, and effort estimations.
•    Collaborate with Solution Architects to design pragmatic technical solutions, effort models, and project roadmaps.
•    Develop Proof of Concepts (PoC) and custom demo environments showcasing differentiated platform capabilities.
•    Stay abreast of newly released ServiceNow platform capabilities, industry solutions, and competitive technology landscapes.
Qualifications & Skills Required
•    3 to 6 years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem in technical consulting, solution consulting, or presales support roles.
•    Broad understanding of core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and platform capabilities.
•    Ability to explain technical architecture and complex ServiceNow functionalities in clear, business-oriented terms.
•    Experience responding to RFP/RFI documents and creating effort estimate models.
•    Strong hands-on experience configuring demo instances and building Proof-of-Concept prototypes.
•    Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
•    Certified System Administrator (CSA)
•    Pre-sales / Sales Accreditation certifications in ServiceNow core modules
•    ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
