Job Description: SAP BASIS(CALM + SOLMAN) –Support Project

SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

Configure and administer SAP Cloud ALM.
Set up Business Process Monitoring and Health Monitoring.
Configure Integration Monitoring and Job Monitoring.
Implement Real User Monitoring and Exception Monitoring.
Monitor SAP S/4HANA, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Integration Suite landscapes.
Support Project and Task Management within SAP Cloud ALM.
Configure alerting, dashboards, and analytics.
Ensure operational excellence through proactive monitoring.

SAP Solution Manager Administration

Administer SAP Solution Manager 7.2 environment.
Configure Landscape Management Database (LMDB).
Maintain System Landscape Directory (SLD).
Manage Technical Monitoring and System Monitoring.
Configure EarlyWatch Alerts.
Support Root Cause Analysis and Diagnostics.
Perform SolMan upgrades and support pack implementations.

IT Service Management (ITSM)


Configure and support:

Incident Management
Problem Management
Service Request Management
Change Request Management

 

Define SLA monitoring and escalation processes.


Support ticket workflows and approval processes.


Maintain IT governance and compliance standards.


Change & Release Management

Configure ChaRM (Change Request Management).
Support Release Management processes.
Manage transport lifecycle across SAP landscapes.
Coordinate deployment and production release activities.
Ensure audit and compliance adherence.

Test Management

Configure SAP Test Suite.
Support test planning and execution.
Manage test cases and defect tracking.
Coordinate SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing activities.
Support automated testing integration.

Monitoring & Operations

Analyze system performance.


Monitor interfaces and integrations.


Proactively identify operational risks.

AMS Support Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day monitoring of SAP systems.
Track and resolve production incidents.
Manage SLA reporting and compliance.
Coordinate with Basis and functional teams.
Conduct root cause analysis for critical issues.
Participate in major incident management.
Support 24x7 production environments when required.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
6+ years of SAP experience.
Minimum 3+ years of SAP Cloud ALM/Solution Manager experience.
Experience supporting global SAP landscapes.
Strong troubleshooting and system monitoring expertise.
