"SAP PP/QM Consultant - AMS Support (5-8 Years)
Position Summary
Experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud environments. The role focuses on production support, incident resolution, enhancements, continuous improvements, change management and business process support across manufacturing organizations.
Responsibilities
•    Provide AMS support for SAP PP and QM modules and ensure SLA adherence. Should be able to handle L1, L2 & L3 tickets
•    Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and recurring issues through root cause analysis.
•    Support business users during critical business cycles and plant operations.
•    Handle Service Request, problem tickets/Incidents, change requests and minor enhancements.
•    Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for WRICEF developments.
•    Participate in testing, release management, deployments and hypercare support.
•    Should be able to handle SAP Implementation project 
PP Expertise Required
•    Process Industry (PP-PI), Discrete Manufacturing and Repetitive Manufacturing processes.
•    Master Data - Production Versions, BOM, Routing, Master Recipe, Work Centers, Resource
•    Different Planning Strategies, ECM, Batch Management, Batch determination, Batch Derivation etc
•    MRP, MRP Live, Capacity Planning
•    Planned Orders, Production Orders, Process Orders, Shop Floor Execution and Reports
QM Expertise Required
•    Inspection Type – 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 08, 09, 10, 14, 89
•    Inspection Planning, Inspection Lots, Results Recording and Usage Decisions.
•    Quality Notifications, Vendor Quality Management and Batch Quality Management.
•    Quality Non-Conformance, Quality Notifications, Quality Certificates
•    Support quality processes across procurement, production, inventory and delivery.
•    Should be aware of SAP Fiori apps both in PP and QM area
SAP Landscape Experience
•    Hands-on experience in SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA.
•    Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud environments.
•    Minimum 1 or 2 end-to-end SAP implementation project experience.
Integration Knowledge
•    Strong integration with CO, MM, WM/EWM, PM, SD and other external systems.
Industry Experience
•    Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Chemicals, Steel Industry and other manufacturing industries.
Data Migration & WRICEF
•    Experience with Migration Cockpit, LSMW and master data upload activities.
•    Support Material Master, BOM, Routing, Master Recipe, Work Center, Resource, Production Version and QM master data.
•    Hands-on exposure to Reports, Workflows, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms.
Preferred Skills
•    Variant Configuration (VC)
•    SAP PP/DS
•    SAP IBP
•    SAP Solution Manager/Cloud ALM.
Soft Skills
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Ability to work independently and experience working with global and local delivery and support models.
•    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 
•    Ability to manage multiple tickets, enhancements, and business priorities simultaneously.
