Job Description: SAP ABAP – Support Project

Role Overview:
Develop and enhance ABAP objects:

Reports (ALV / Interactive)
Interfaces (IDOCs, RFC, BAPI, OData)
Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (SmartForms / Adobe Forms)

Design and develop SAP Fiori / UI5 applications:

Custom Fiori apps (Freestyle & Fiori Elements)
Extend standard SAP apps
Develop responsive UI using SAPUI5

Work on OData services:

Create and modify OData services using SEGW / CDS views
Integrate backend data with Fiori UI

Build and optimize CDS Views for analytics and performance

Perform debugging, performance tuning, and optimization

Collaborate with functional consultants to convert requirements into technical specifications (TS)

Participate in:

System testing (Unit, SIT, UAT)
Deployment and cutover activities

Provide AMS/Production support:

Incident troubleshooting (SLA-based)
Bug fixing and enhancements

Required Skills
SAP ABAP

Strong expertise in:

Data Dictionary, Reports, Module Pool
Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, BAPI)
RFC, IDOCs, ALE

Experience in:

ALV Reports (OO ALV preferred)
Performance optimization (SQL tuning, indexing)

SAP Fiori / UI5 (Good to have)

Hands-on experience in:
Good to have:
SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
Fiori Launchpad configuration
Fiori Elements & Smart Controls

Knowledge of:

App extensions and custom tiles

S/4HANA & Advanced Skills

Experience with:

CDS Views & Annotations
OData (V2/V4)
S/4HANA architecture and optimization

Integration & Tools

Exposure to:

Gateway services (/IWFND, /IWBEP)
SAP BAS / Web IDE
Git / transport management system

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and debugging capability
Client-facing communication skills
Ability to handle AMS and Implementation projects
Good documentation skills (TS, test cases)

Need to be on-site
