We are seeking a Delivery Area Lead to oversee the operations and people development within NTT Data Business Solutions MSC's Cloud Infrastructure Services team. This role emphasizes collaboration across different service areas to drive operational excellence, optimize team performance, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals. The Delivery Area Lead will also play a crucial role in mentoring leadership, managing KPIs, training, employee engagement and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Operational Management:
    Lead the coordination of daily operations within the Cloud Infrastructure team, ensuring efficient delivery of services and timely issue resolution.

 

  • Collaboration and Synergy Development:
    Work across multiple service areas to identify and leverage synergies in service delivery and people development, ensuring best practices are shared and applied.

 

  • Performance Management:
    Conduct regular performance reviews, develop action plans for continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with company KPIs.

 

  • Leadership Development:
    Coach and mentor the Service Leads, providing them with the tools to manage their teams effectively and fostering leadership growth within the organization.

 

  • Strategic & Tactical Support:
    Collaborate with the Data Center Head and Service leads on strategic initiatives and tactical topic related to the people management and, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that align with business goals.

 

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    Support recruitment efforts by identifying talent needs, participating in the selection and hiring process, and managing onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires within a team.

 

  • Stakeholder Management:
    Serve as the primary liaison with local management and regional leadership, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with broader company objectives.

 

  • People Specialization:
    Serve as the People point of contact for the Cloud Infrastructure Services  team, handling employee relations, performance management, and other People-related matters.

 

 

Convince us with your potential!
 

  • University degree in Information Technology.
  • Min 8 years of experience in IT People Management role.
  • Proven experience in IT Talent Management.
  • Exposure to training & people development.
  • Certification in ITIL & People Management will be added advantage.
  • Strong command of English, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills, and experience in international collaboration.
  • Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor with own transport.
  • Able to travel if required.
