EDI Support Administrator

The EDI Support Administrator is responsible to monitor NTT’s in-house tool called the it.x-EDIcloud tool. It is an EDI solution similar to the SAP PI Tool.


Some of the key responsibilities are:


  • Monitoring of the it.x-EDIcloud tenant based on
    • The number of transferred messages
    • Monitoring of the transmission or transformation errors
    • Monitoring of the tenant database size
  • Reaction towards the alerts triggered by the it.x-EDIcloud tenants
    • Analyze the cause of the alert
    • Communicate to the customer or partner on the alerts identified
  • Provision new customers following the requirements obtained from the onboarding sheet
    • Follow the mapping templates and scenario parameters
    • Create physical connection to customers via iDOC, REST of SFTP
    • Create business scenario to route messages between customers’s tool and NTT’s tool
  • Supports the test and Go-Live phases for the it.x-EDIcloud tools and tenants
    • Adapt mapping templates
    • Monitor the states and correct identified errors



  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in the area of process integration
  • Knowledgeable in the handling of IDoc, handling of different communication protocols (HTTP(S), SFTP..etc)
  • Data mapping experience with Altova MapForce
  • Experienced in implementing B2B solutions using the PI adapters example SOAP, HTTP, SFTP etc
  • Required language(s): English (written & spoken)
