The SAP Junior Analytics Consultant is responsible for successful support of the BW/BI module for our clients.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• First level Support on SAP BW/BI production system.
• Ensure successful completion of the periodic processing of the SAP solution, including R3 batch operation and housekeeping, BW data loading and housekeeping.
• Monitor data loading closely via process chain to ensure the data is not delay.
• Perform daily checklist for the system performance.

Qualification, Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science / Information Technology or any equivalent.
• Knowledge of SAP or programming is an added advantage.
• Knowing on BW abap will add advantageous.
• Min 1-2 year working experience in BW first level support.
• Experience working in support environment / AMS environment will add advantageous.
• Self-motivated individuals with the ability to learn and develop independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and good team player with good communications skills.
• Able to work on tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Must be flexible to work on rotational on-call standby duty/ On-shift(between 6 am to 7pm Malaysia timezone) inlcuding malaysia public holiday.
